The sciences of bodybuilding and brain doping confirm that research is the foundation of self-improvement. No matter what edge you've got, you got the firmament of it from somewhere. You pursue edges to obtain happiness.

Rational empericism is the way to obtain happiness: you make informed choices and ascertain how they affected your outcomes. Such rational empericism is how you know your edges work, and you have to take care of yourself to consistently make rational judgments.

Researchers operate best in collaboration - we share data and communicate to find answers to our questions and information about our topics of interest. I think we now have to turn to food choices. We've also seen gains in IQ made by changing the ratio but not weight of fats or carbohydrates that we eat.

The symbols themselves do not tell you how to relate to people, only how the concepts may have a similar relationship to how you relate to those people.

Think of it this way: grid computing uses extra personal computing power to solve world problems... so, we may as well get people thinking about things we need them talking about. We don't want hysteria, just laid back discussion in which one can think of new ideas related to emergent topics.

Such encourages meeting up to further explore the conceptual milieu of the symbols you are most interested in of your relationship. This in itself does not make facts, only ideas that may lead to discovery.

Abstraction is how we analyze problems and design solutions; it is how we ascertain in a broader context the mechanisms of nature and society.

In an article for rational resource management, Yves Smith wrote 'exceptional individual performance that also provides an unverifiable answer to a key question in an ongoing investigation' a phrasing I translate to mean, "dedicate yourself to excellence so you can abstract for our projects."

The neocortex is the center of human abstraction. It particularly is damaged by ethanol and inhibited by hypoglycemia¹; therefore, to avoid being replacable in today's society one must respect their brain and eat carbs².

Such allows the brain to function at a higher level. Brain development is a process - learning requires time³ and energy⁴ but will result in saving both⁵.

Nutritional Provisions, Part 1

Due to the energy wasted by shoppping and cooking, I opt for easily prepared food which one may stockpile and use to reduce the need for culinary timesucks. I aim to fix problems in such industry's production.

I require body-builder shakes with effective glycemic index on empty stomach calculated. I need also products that are not enriched with iron but instead come with tiny capsules of supplementary iron. This is because I need a Twinlab multi w/o iron due to fluctuations in my consumption of whole-food-source iron.

I also wish a holistic immunology book that explains how different lipid intakes affect immune markers and what the rate ratio of nutrients' immunometabolism for normal immune expression is. I am also interested in the chemical mechanisms of immunostimulants and immunomodulators toward the field of bodyhacking.

Information Technology Concepts, Part 1

We need algorithms for voice transmission correction. I'm talking about programs to identify both voice and speech, toward sound-error correction. I'd like phone softward that also keeps track of the different elements of individuals' aural acuities and makes adjustments based on that as well. This could not only dampen transmission of background noises but also keep communication audible.


A tablet PC the size of a spiral notebook would also be useful. Google gave my dad a free Galaxy tab with his position at their development park. I have taken complaints about its Android software to its Forum in hopes of its modification or replacement.
Due to erratic gyroscopic adjustment, the Galaxy tab needs a finger movement to change display mode in such way (moving fingers along path similar to Web browsers' reload icon). It power-saving function is also inappropriately sensitive.For these reasons, I currently consider my Galaxy tab a shoddy piece of software.

The 'orientation (gyroscopic adjustment) lock' feature does not appear set to enable wide-page viewing. If you could program an algorithm that minimizes the resolution of displayed text as per calibration to individual readers' acuities that additionally would be great.
