Abstraction = Ideas

Abstraction is how we analyze problems and design solutions; it is how we ascertain in a broader context the mechanisms of nature and society.

In an article for rational resource management, Yves Smith wrote 'exceptional individual performance that also provides an unverifiable answer to a key question in an ongoing investigation' a phrasing I translate to mean, "dedicate yourself to excellence so you can abstract for our projects."

The neocortex is the center of human abstraction. It particularly is damaged by ethanol and inhibited by hypoglycemia1; therefore, to avoid being replacable in today's society one must respect their brain and eat carbs2.

Such allows the brain to function at a higher level. Brain development is a process - learning requires time3 and energy4 but will result in saving both5.
