What if, instead of global society not having energy security and government having enough for critical personell in the event of fossil fuel depletion, global society has fabrication security and government has only compartmental security. While the private sector acts irrationally, the government is competent to manage its parts.
Such management is from the design and formation of protocol which is a biopsychological system for handling potential problems in its compartments before they get out of control. By both its uniformity and its reasoning, this minimizes neuroticism among personell. Such fosters excellence.
While such enables greater free time from ones responsibilities, dedication to excellence is necessary. Otherwise, brocade will have to deal with the neglect of your responsibilities because some tasks are critical: if a power plant operator can't come in, management must call in some one else who can do the job - this means they have less time to consider plant safety and less personal time to develop their cognitive resources (not only because time is money).
