The exchange of ideas is the motive force of progress. Techne describes situational knowledge; it is ancient Greek for 'know-how'.

Personal Sensua
The need for personell comes from a lack of neocortex-dominant extrapolation: the inability to relate diverse spectra necessitates the use of cortically bilateral rationale. When such becomes stark, the austerity of concrete thinking arises nonsensical sentiments.

Sign Palimpsests
Although Chomsky's theory of human grammar is likely correct, one probably won't get the message of a music video if one hasn't thought about the concepts it puts together.
I'd like a room with walls of vibrating e-ink so that it may sing things to me, after using psychological algorithms to understand how to suchly teach me. The point of this is to make finer and wider signs.
Just as we first learn sound signs and then visual ones and also learn messages from the use of related audio and visual patterns, we can find ways to express the things we know in finer ways that are algo-psychologically represented so as to learn things more quickly.
This includes not only the association of signified concepts with A/V pairs so as to quickly construct sentences using such pairs but also context cues to make different audiences change their focus to appropriate parts of the medium and then similarly from that part to another part that is appropriate for them in that composition.
Such provides a quick way to orient persons toward self-improvement.

Symbolic Idea Mining
Data is contextualized information. It takes only what is necessary from the Machiavellian layers of speech. We don't need to know that our subconscious associated people with symbols, only why (some of my classmates were interested in how I was similar to the professor's specific IC while others were only interested in the information about the IC).
The point of symbols is to help you use the complexity of relationships to innovate. Symbols utilize the subconscious to express relationships between concepts. The symbols themselves do not tell you how to relate to people, only how the concepts may have a similar relationship to how you relate to those people.
Think of it this way: grid computing uses extra personal computing power to solve world problems... so, we may as well get people thinking about things we need them talking about. We don't want hysteria, just laid back discussion in which one can think of new ideas related to emergent topics.
Such encourages meeting up to further explore the conceptual milieu of the symbols you are most interested in of your relationship. This in itself does not make facts, only ideas that may lead to discovery.

Unless You can Professionally Analyze Energy Policy
A lot of industries don't like the energy monopoloy. That is why biotech is investigating biophotovoltaics - to democratize the systems of production. Unfortunately, not everyone likes biotech; and we've got to establish civic energy security before hydrocarbon depletion. If we run out of fossil fuels before then, average citizens will be thrust into an American Somalia until canned food runs out or protected scientists turn the lights back on.
The best you can do right now is wordstorm - start talking about ideas. We can actually learn a lot just by talking with specialists and loved ones; their elegant and nonverbal reactions both express and stimulate thinking in your body of knowledge.
Sentiment mining algorithms predicted two recent revolutions and a strategically actionable radius of Osama's hole1 - they payed attention to the frameworks in which people expressed their concepts. There are a lot of potential solutions; and we have to express them with the appropriate enthusiasm - safeguards against the impacts we wish to avert must also be taken.
Now, innovations in solar and wind are usually accomplished by novel abstraction of how physics are contextualized to such systems; but enzymatic architecture, like the rest of gene expression, runs in lockstep - biotech requires an understanding of the chemicakinetic steps between the project and its end.
It cannot feasibly approach without a chemical understanding of its subject of inquiry. Unfortunately, it doesn't know all the chemistry. Chemists induce structural formulas by observing such chemicals and then tinkering with structural formulas until until they deduce one that fits the conceptual model of chemistry.
I propose using algorithms to deduce such chemistry. This would be done by standard chemical tests in the context of other known chemicals; there is precedent for this2.

Information Technology Concepts, Part 1
We need algorithms for voice transmission correction. I'm talking about programs to identify both voice and speech, toward sound-error correction. I'd like phone softward that also keeps track of the different elements of individuals' aural acuities and makes adjustments based on that as well. This could not only dampen transmission of background noises but also keep communication audible.
A tablet PC the size of a spiral notebook would also be useful. Google gave my dad a free Galaxy tab with his position at their development park. I have taken complaints about its Android software to its Forum in hopes of its modification or replacement.
Due to erratic gyroscopic adjustment, the Galaxy tab needs a finger movement to change display mode in such way (moving fingers along path similar to Web browsers' reload icon). It power-saving function is also inappropriately sensitive. For these reasons, I currently consider my Galaxy tab a shoddy piece of software.
The 'orientation (gyroscopic adjustment) lock' feature does not appear set to enable wide-page viewing. If you could program an algorithm that minimizes the resolution of displayed text as per calibration to individual readers' acuities that additionally would be great.
